About Me
About Me

Sarah

Hi, my name is Sarah, and I have been where you are right now.  Scared to leave.   Scared to stay.  I felt crazy, hopeless, and utterly alone.  All I cared about was keeping my children physically and emotionally safe.  I didn’t know anything about the family court system, and I felt as if I was at the top of a rollercoaster about to lose complete control of the outcome of my and my kids’ lives.  I interacted with and/or consulted every expert I could think of:  pastors, therapists, DHS caseworkers, law enforcement, judges, and multiple attorneys.  I armed myself with my dream team of two insightful therapists and a rockstar attorney hoping that things would all just fall into place.  Unfortunately, when divorcing a high-conflict individual, nothing is simple, easy, or straightforward.  I was missing a key strategy partner to walk alongside me on this journey.  I often called my attorney for extra emotional and strategic support, but in reality, I needed the assistance of a Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach.

I survived many battles throughout separation, divorce, and after divorce.  A mama bear will do whatever it takes to protect her young cubs, and I am on a mission to help you be the best mama bear you can be with everything you are facing when divorcing a high-conflict individual.  I am passionate about helping you navigate the intricacies of the family court system with a strategy mindset so you are always prepared to advocate for the best interests of your children.  Whether you are thinking of leaving, already in the process of divorce, or divorced with post-decree issues, I can partner with you as your High Conflict Divorce Coach.

I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado with my 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter.  I am a physical therapist, mother, daughter, and friend.  In my spare time, I like to run, travel, craft, and sing and dance with my kids.  I can never eat too much sushi, and I always enjoy sipping on a warm cup of coffee.
